Then we’ll work together to define your research question/s, determine the relevant data needed, and make sure all stakeholders are on board.

Here’s where we synthesize everything we learned about the people interacting with your product or brand. After researching the methodologies that can fit our focus, we’ll choose an approach and define how much data we need for this specific research to be statistically relevant.

Test & Validate Findings
During the research phase, we’ll gather the relevant data, cull insights related to our research question, and share it in a format everyone can use. Then we’ll brainstorm experiments and tests that can tackle your challenges and ensure your teams are prioritizing the right work.

Take Action
This stage lets you put some of those experiments into the hands of real users to measure usage, sentiment, and ease. This includes things like design tweaks, AI-enabled updates, flow changes, clearer copy, or even new feature implementation.
